"Séjour très agréable, personnel à notre écoute et logement très propre"

Petit déjeuner très varié et de qualité. Chambre très propre. De plus, la partie extérieure est très agréable pour un moment de détente après une journée de marche et de bruit de la ville.

Peut être un double vitrage pour les chambres donnant côté cour, nous avons entendu les gens discuter tard dans la soirée et pour certains très tôt le matin…

"Leider enttäuschend"

Die Unterkunft liegt nahe gelegen zum Stadtzentrum Porto. Parken ist gegen geringe Gebühr auf einem Parkplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite unkompliziert möglich. Schöner Frühstücksraum mit gutem Frühstücksangebot. Zimmer war sauber.

Obwohl wir bereits 3 Monate vorher gebucht hatten, haben wir aus unserer Sicht ein unzumutbares Zimmer bekommen: Im Erdgeschoß, gelegen, Fenster direkt zu der unmittelbar davor gelegenen vielbefahrenen Straße, direkt angrenzend an die teilweise laut schließende Haustür gegenüber der Rezeption mit lauten Gesprächen mit anreisenden und abreisenden Gästen. Der Lärmpegel war für uns völlig inakzeptabel. Das Zimmer war zudem ungemütlich, ohne jeden Schrank oder ein Bild an den Wänden. Da uns kein anderes Zimmer angeboten werden konnte sind wir nach einer Nacht in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen und mussten in Kauf nehmen, für den gesamten gebuchten Zeitraum von 3 Tagen bezahlen zu müssen. Nicht einmal der Preis für die nicht in Anspruch genommenen Frühstücke wurde erlassen.

"Nice short budget stay"

Good option for short, budget stay and passersby. A room big enough to accomodate 5 persons that makes it vakue for money. Nice breakfast and availibility of paid parking closeby.

Not child friendly, located on busy street where cars passing by too close to the entrance and to the building. Location felt no safe in the evenings. Especially there are a lot of drunk people roaming nearby. Room needs refurbishment, especially to make it sound proof and moisture free.

Petit havre de paix au milieu de la ville. Chambre très propre et confortable avec le charme de l’ancien . Personnel aux petits soins avec toujours le sourire Petit déjeuner excellent Jardin magnifique, avec sur les hauteurs une vue 360 de Porto
