Frühstück

Sauberkeit, Personal an der Rezeption oberflächlich während unseres Einchecken ging sie ans Telefon,wir wussten gar nicht wo wir unser Zimmer haben sie rannte vor und zeigt nur mit der Hand die Treppe hoch ohne Kommentar,zum Laden unsere Geräte benötigen wir eine zweite Zimmerkarte was auch Probleme machte,dann funktionierte sie abends noch nicht mal als wir ins Zimmer wollten,alles sehr chaotisch

"Al bij al een goed verblijf gehad , maar wel met last van men rug en te weinig slaap terug gekeerd."

Omgeving , algemene uitstraling van het hotel . Eten was zeker oké . Bediening ook .

Veel te zachte matrassen waarvan ze uit elkaar schuiven vanzelf , geen smart tv , niets van snacks en drinken te verkrijgen na 23u . Bij het ontbijt was er altijd wel iets op of werd niet bijgevuld .
