Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff

The air conditioning was brilliant and the shower was great. The hotel is perfectly located right by the train and bus stations, and right by the city centre with plenty of restaurants and bars.

The room is quite small but ideal for a one night stopover.

The staff were good 👍

Room was very small and not good value for money. It was really hot and the AC was useless. Worst thing was the drain in the shower made the whole room smell very bad.

Would been nice if vegetarian/vegan sausage option at breakfast as I do t eat meat no where does it say you can ask for Apart from this everything perfect

Being charged twice , and not getting conformation that it has been refunded as the receptionist did say she would email me. I have still not heard anything.

Good location very friendly staff

Trouble with AC especially in the heatwave but was explained this was due to power issues. Small damage in room and was expensive for the price of the size of the room
