It was 10 minutes walk from the soulsuite and promenade. 10 minutes walk from Blackpool North Station. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. As a solo traveller felt safe staying here.

Parking was on road 5 minutes walk from hotel Booking.com rating was 9.2 which was misleading in my opinion Shower was poor

"amazing friendly hotel"

This has been our 5th visit to the Lexham Hotel. Every time we go we are greeted with the most warmest welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for carole [the landlady) she always makes sure we have everything we need. She takes the time to sit and chat to us. Something that iv never experienced before in any other hotel. she treats us like friends,and this is why we recommend this hotel and we keep returning
