Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und man ist in unter 10min bei der Galluswarte, von der man mit der S-Bahn schnell zum Hbf kommt und von dort alles erreicht. Das Personal war super freundlich, bei der Abreise gab es Unklarheiten bei der Uhrzeit zum Check-Out, dort war aber der Rezeptionist Joyce sehr freundlich und unterstützend

Die Vorhänge dunkeln das Zimmer nicht vollständig ab, es ist nichts was mich wirklich beeinträchtigt hat, kann aber morgens nach dem aufstehen etwas nerven.

Everything was a very good, good location, safe and quiet area, the hotel is clean. Very comfortable and cozy, the staff is friendly, I felt like I was visiting friends.
