Close to the town centre. Fridge, microwave and kettle provided plus tea and coffee. Good breakfast in the morning.

Small room in the loft space but it was one of the hottest days of the year so was very warm. A fan was provided but it was too noisy to have on.

Rose-Marie is a small, modest guest house just outside Peterborough city centre. We were upgraded to a room with en-suite bathroom & WC, which was nice. Our room was equipped with a fridge, tea & coffee making, even plates and bowles. You couldn't hear noise from the street, neither from any rooms next-door. We arrived relatively early so were able to park at the forecourt on one of the 2 available spaces.

We could hear voices from the room above us, and from the hallway (i.e. thin doors and ceilings). The decor is harking back to some time ago, and while it is clean, it is a bit tired and worn-out.

Great location; an easy walk to central Peterborough. Fabulous cooked breakfast by a cheerful host. Facilities of fridge, microwave and dishes in the room very appreciated. Family run business feels homely.
