do not expect a 5 star hotel. you get what you pay for. putu the nice, clean boy is the perfect, top man. he can find anything you want. also receptionist april can find you daily vehicle. the hotel is silent and it has fast internet. great view from balcony of 3rd floor. plus close to the discovery mall. you can find many restaurants around...

I didn't like anything.

I didn't have much expectations, because it's a 2-star budget hotel. However, the hotel was a disaster. I've stayed in many hotels in many countries such as Bangladesh, China, Malaysia, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, and UK, and a lot of them were budget hotels. And this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The whole plumbing condition was a joke. There were two spots in the bathroom ceiling where water leaked from. The shower pressure was too low. The clothes hangers were broken. They didn't supply any amenities. There was no water for a half-day. Overall, this is a horrible experience. I could manage, since I stayed there only for 4 nights, and I stayed outside most of the time. Otherwise, I'd simply walk out of the hotel and never come back.

I don't have anything good to say about the hotel. Pretty run down. Pictures posted in booking.com was deceiving

Firstly the place needs a good facelift. Rooms were in deplorable condition. Pretty run down. Toiletries were not kept in the bathroom. Towels were old and worn out. Not fit to carry the name of HOTEL. Perhaps a HOSTEL will look better than this place. Glad to receive a refund for the inconvenience. Checked out the next day although I booked for 3 nights. Felt cheated

The staff

Many hotels are still struggling to recover after COVID, and it's clear this was one of them. It was $20 AUD/night so don't expect the Sofitel.
