Bombora Surf Camp

The deluxe room was very clean, spacious and looked like it was advertised. The pool was nice and clean too! The staff were helpful but unfortunately there were building works at the time I was there (they did warn me about this in advance so no biggy at all). Definitely would stay there again!

Location is the only good thing.

What a great idea — pay for a room you can’t actually use. After one decent day, construction started right under my room at 8 AM and went on until evening. Drilling, hammering — the full experience. Every day. No warning, obviously. Had to go to reception daily just to ask when the noise would stop so I could finally be in my own room. On day three they sent a “construction notice” — very helpful, thanks. Staff doesn’t care beyond saying “sorry” like a broken record. Ants in the room and even in the bed, cleaning once a week, plus noise from a nearby bar. If you enjoy paying to not be able to stay in your room — this place is perfect. Otherwise, avoid.

The location and staff are great. Have stayed 4 times now for a surf week In Ulu’s.

The property is upgrading, nothing not to like but for the price just have to be patient
