The location

Roaches, dirty rooms and bedding. Breakfast was a joke and the pool was closed.

The hole in the bathroom ceiling. The stains on the comforters. The floor was not vacuumed. No one came to take my trash. I had to get my own towels

When we first got there it took forever to open the door because the door handle to room 107 is broken, like almost falling off. The guy from the front came and helped us open it, which meant jiggling it a little upward and turning it a specific way after the key had been entered. He didn't put us in another even after seeing there were issues with the door lock. Then the microwave did not work and smelled like urine. We couldn't even pop a bag of popcorn. The carpet was very dirty like it had not been vacuumed. Our bare feet were turning black from walking on it barefoot. Not to mention there were holes in the lamp shades. And worst of all we couldn't sleep because there were people up jamming music in the parking lot and hanging out close to our room at all hours of the night, up until about 4 am. It was so bad we decided to leave a day ahead of time. We checked out at 10:30 am the next morning after our first night even though our stay was supposed to be for 2 nights and there was another guy at the front desk this time who was very rude and not helpful at all.
