Excellent freshly cooked breakfast.

As we were a group of four we were a little disappointed there was no communal sitting area we could use (we did actually use the landing for this!)

"Great place to stay in Kelso"

We were very warmly welcomed, given lots of local information. The room was very comfortable and well appointed with tea/coffee and snacks, plenty of towels, a hair drier and toiletries. It was cosy and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding! Set us up for the day, so much choice. Would stay there again.
