Staff were very friendly. Grounds were generally clean and pleasant. View from the room balcony was very nice.

Damp rooms and bedding. one block not up to standard and needs attention. Overall the room was tired grubby and had many issues including TV not working, water leaking onto balcony floor and chairs. cushions dirty and ripped. towels old and stained. floor stains. shower door not shutting, water flooding from shower into bathroom. Pool was very uninviting, green and yellow tiles, murky water and lots of large black mold on the edge of the pool. foreign objects lurking on the bottom of pool. No cleaning was witnessed during our stay.

I liked how kind and willing to help all the staff were, if we had any questions or concerns we were able to ask one of the lovely team members.

Prachtige kamer, mooie uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de jungle, grote tuin, heerlijk zwembad, geweldig ontbijt. Super lief personeel en neem vooral een Balinese massage.

De locatie was geweldig. Dicht bij de drukte van de stad maar toch een oase van rust als je de locatie binnen loopt. Het personeel was geweldig. Wat een service. Ze staan altijd voor je klaar.

Beautiful authentic calm and relaxing family house, close to the main street of Ubud. Few minutes walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Fantastic breakfast, swimming pool and staff. Little paradise in the middle of busy town. Very kind and helpful staff.
