"Maravillosa experiencia"

Muy buena ubicación para quienes buscan tranquilidad, descanso y alejados del bullicio, más en plan familiar, lo cual para nosotros fue excelente. Muy amables y el desayuno increíble.

Como sugerencia, se podría colocar sillas en los balcones, y en la lámpara de la mesa de noche, un bombillo no funcionaba. Revisar por favor.

La educación. Del personal

El Carro nos apareció dañado en sus instalaciones y nunca respondieron se negaron a enviarnos el video y después de yo pedirles me enviaban videos incompatibles no conseguí verlos ni descargarlos aparte de ese daño me cobraron un valor diferente y más alto al de la reserva por booking y querían cobrar más sólo que yo me negué a pagarles

There is a waiter called Andres who is a star. He makes everyone feel comfortable. What ever you pay him is not enough.

Bathrooms could be bigger.

La recepcionista no atendio ninguna de las solicitudes hechas, la habitación estaba muy sucia y vieja. El precio no es acorde al servicio, habitación recibida. Lo único que hicieron fue cambiarnos de habitación a las 9pm.
