The bed was very nice and comfortable

The bathroom was not clean. We went out that night to the dining area we asked for drinks. They didn’t have what we wanted and when we went for meals they didn’t have what we wanted. They seem to run out of everything like they don’t have very many people eating there which was very disappointing and the food took a very long time to come out and it was overcooked and we were the only ones eating there. We went to the cafe around the front as they give you free drink vouchers which is nice but the staff are out there smoking. They leave smoke their smoke butts everywhere and it’s not been cleaned with leaf litter and ashtrays full

Nice and quiet. Very clean with beautiful gardens.

Bit far from shopping for me. The bar setup isn’t great but it’s more a quiet chilled vibe!

It was probably a bit far to the beach

Après avoir visité les campagnes du nord de Bali, j'ai cherché un peu au hasard un hôtel proche de la civilisation pour se poser les derniers jours avant le retour à la maison. Quelle agréable surprise! Un agencement très cosy, on ne se sent pas en ville. Et pourtant proche de tout, d'un côté via voiture (double voie) et de l'autre à pied, qui permet de rejoindre tous les commerces (même Icon Bali est à moins de 15mn à pied) et autres services (laundry etc). Personnel au top, restaurant/déj très bien. A noter que les chambres situées proches de la double voie sont un peu plus bruyantes que les bungalow éloignés, mais rien de rédhibitoire. Le tout est à taille humaine et très calme. J'imagine que cela dépend de la saison, mais même la piscine était tranquille. Possibilité de faire un check-out tardif moyennant des frais raisonnables. J'ai finalement prolongé mon séjour.

Seul point d'amélioration serait un service de laundry, mais il y en a plusieurs autour accessibles en quelques minutes à pied donc ça n'est pas très grave.

Die Anlage des Hotels war sehr schön mit vielen Pflanzen und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war besonders lecker. Es gab sowohl westliche als auch indonesische Gerichte zur Auswahl. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool hat uns besonders gut gefallen und auch die viele Angebote wie zB Massagen im hoteleigenen Spa. Zu Fuß waren es ca 20 zum Strand, allerdings gibt es viele Taxis oder Grabs, sodass es kein Problem war. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder ins Puri Tempo Hotel kommen!

Great communication prior stay and friendly staff on site. Bed was comfortable and air con was in good working condition. Lovely breakfast with fresh blended fruit juice.

The room was clean but had a little musty smell i think due to the fabric sofa in the room.
