The check in was very welcoming,just enough information.Rooms were very comfortable ,with little extras such as bottles of water,crisps and teacakes,all complimentary. Plenty of storage,mirrors,hairdryer and toiletries.Breafast was enhanced continental ( yoghurt cereals fruit and sausage/ bacon bap or egg on toast) and supplemented extras such as eggs benedict. We ate in their restaurant one night.very good ,good choice,not overly expensive.Checkout time was until 10.30am

The net curtains were a bit grubby in Birch room.The windows were old sash ones and could do with repair/ replacement but this did not ruin our stay.We didn't even notice until checkout when we pulled back for airing.few cobwebs in mainlight.

style and comfortable price

Hotel is amazing! We were welcomed by lovely owner. Rooms are even more beautiful than in photos. Staff very friendly and helpful, good food in restaurant. I would say it should be more than 3 star hotel.

The property is in the lovely village of Dune. Parking was excellent, the property was absolutely lovely and we felt very much at home.

Nothing to dislike, although guests should be clear that there are stairs to access.

Location great, breakfast nice.
