The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location is good, in the old town center. But as it is in the old town, carpark is actually not possible. So, we had to park our car in a chartered carpark garage a few hundred meters away and took the shuttle bus to a location close of the hotel. The car park guy is very friendly and helpful. The lift is cute and small, maybe too small. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect. Newly decorated, clean and comfortable.

Localização excelente, fica bem no centro de sorrento, próximo à mercado, restaurantes, lojas e etc. Quarto muito limpo e moderno - ponto alto foi o dyson no banheiro. Atendentes muito simpáticas e solicitas.

Essa hospedagem não é bem um hotel, não conta com recepção 24h e serviços que hotéis oferecem. O elevador, por exemplo, só funciona das 8h às 23h, então caso tenhas que fazer check out mais cedo, precisa descer as malas pelo elevador na noite anterior ou encarar as escadas.

Emplacement dans le centre de sorrento, accueil impeccable, très moderne. À 10min à pieds de la gare et dans la rue centrale.

Bruit présent venant de la VMC, literie plutôt molle du fait de sur matelas.

The location was excellent. The staff was extremely accommodating.

The elevator was out of commission the day we left. That meant we took our bags down the night before which was not optimal or carried them down four flights of stairs.

Perfect location in town for walking to activities, restaurants and meeting points for tours and ferries. Staff were excellent in recommending restaurants and gelato locations!
