Top Lage, überaus freundliches Personal. WhatsApp/E-mail mit allen wichtigen Infos im Voraus. Parkgarage für 25€ pro Tag, mit gratis Shuttle Service in die Nähe des Hotels. Am nächsten Tag haben sie uns sogar unser Auto in die Nähe des Hotels gebracht - wirklich super und sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden Palazzo Tasso wieder buchen!

"It was a pleasant stay."

The location was super convenient and close to everything. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

I did not like the staff and lift not being available after 11pm. Also, the hotel could have been a little cleaner as there was mold in the shower.

Grande cura dei dettagli. L'ingresso della struttura si trova di fianco a corso Italia, sulla passeggiata pedonale, alcune camere vi si affacciano pure. La camera molto bella e pulitissima, con tutto l'occorrente. Presente in camera anche la macchinetta del caffè (con capsule) bollitore, tè e camomille, tutto a disposizione. Il personale molto cortese e disponibile.

La struttura presenta un ascensore che non può essere usato durante la chiusura della reception. Un problema solo per chi fosse poco propenso a fare qualche rampa di scale.

Personnel très accueillant et très compétent. Petit déjeuner superbe. Location parfaite. Séjour parfait. Chambre très agréable style moderne et très lumineux. A recommander.

L'ascenseur est très lent et petit. Juste pour dire quelque chose.
