Exceptional accommodation, lovely and warm with extra touches.

Accommodations were perfect for our needs with a bed upstairs and a sofabed downstairs. Location was quiet, close to a bus line and near Vives where my daughter was starting classes. There is a grocery store, laundromat, liquor store and a couple restaurants with limited hours close by along with a Quick restaurant with better hours. You can also hear the cheers from the soccer stadium which is within walking distance.

The only issue we had was that the bus line that goes near the house stops running at 8p/20h from town. That makes it somewhat inconvenient to get back if you stay at dinner too long and didnt use the bicycles provided at the property - requiring about a 20-25 min walk

Excellent location for visiting the city or exploring the surrounding woods

Cosy had everything you need for a night or two

We cant fault the facilties or the host . Great location , near brugge but a quiet and safe location .

- No dishwasher - Bedroom upstairs can be hot in Summer
