Agriturismo Podere La Rocca

The location was perfect, out of the hustle and bustle but still close enough for day trips to nearby towns and attractions. The accommodation itself was stunning! We loved everything about our stay and found it hard to leave each day so we ended up changing our plans to allow for more time around the pool and enjoying the grounds in and around Podere La Rocca. The staff were gorgeous, so friendly and accommodating. It was the first time in 6 weeks that we felt comfortable with our 3yr old running around and exploring, the playground was right outside our room and we could sit and relax while watching him. The sunsets each night over the vineyards were incredible and will be missed.

There was nothing we didn't like, I will note there were mosquitos (not their fault at all, and something we noticed all over Italy) and we packed little patches for our son, so just something to think about.

Great stay, good food, good wine. Dinner in vineyard was great. Cute, antique rooms. Great staff. Beautiful grounds.

Jest cicho i spokojnie. Obiekt jest duży z pięknymi widokami. Personel jest bardzo miły i pomocny a jedzenie pyszne. Bardzo miło spędziliśmy czas i wypoczęliśmy.

Jedynym minusem było WiFi które cały czas przerywało. Pracowaliśmy kilka dni zdalnie i nie dało się pracować na WiFi obiektu musieliśmy zużyć własny internet.

I was absolutely delighted with both the accommodation and the location! This was my first time staying in this type of accommodation, and it exceeded all my expectations. The outdoor area was beautiful – I loved having my morning coffee on the lawn while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The apartment and all the other facilities were thoughtfully and tastefully furnished, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The food exceeded our expectations as well. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and eggs and pancakes were prepared on request, so they were always served fresh and warm. Dinner was absolutely outstanding and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. My husband and I came to Tuscany to explore several towns and cities, and unfortunately this was our last accommodation of the trip. We both agreed that next time we would book only this accommodation and use it as our base for exploring the area. Pienza and Montepulciano are very close by, and even Florence is not too far away. Overall, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We had a wonderful experience and would happily return.

Heerlijke lokatie vriendelijk personeel mooie tuin en zwembad. Het eten in het restaurant was heerlijk. Leuk appartement met zorg meubels uitgezocht in oude stijl!
