Onsite amenities (courtyard, pool) were beautiful, amazing food and very lovely staff

Bathroom had a smell

Very quiet, good food but limited menu. We were there for 6 nights so we dined in local area a few times. I’d recommend it.

Had a very enjoyable stay at La Rocca. Staff was excellent. Breakfast at the restaurant every morning was very nice. Took a cooking class and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also did a wine tasting and enjoyed it as well.

What a beautiful countryside retreat!!! Just 15 minutes from Montepulciano, this property is located in a quiet rural area but with such wonderful amenities. It has wonderful sitting areas around the property to relax and read a book, also they have a terrific pool that is lovely and clean. Check in was EVRY easy, the rooms are very spacious with luxurious bathrooms and they even have a spa bath. The breakfast was such a treat and was the perfect way to start the day of tours. We dined at the restaurant one night and I wished we had made another reservation for another night, it was so delicious. The staff were so informative and I would stay hear again in a heart beat!

We had a fabulous 4-night stay at this elegantly furnished mansion. Since we arrived during low season, they offered us a room upgrade, which we are really grateful for. Although the standard room is beautiful and comfortable (we saw it), the upgraded room we received was absolutely astounding - extremely spacious, with a huge bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, and a balcony. The view of the Podere La Rocca vineyards is superb - both under the golden sun rays, as well as enveloped in a mysterious fog. The breakfast served in the restaurant is delicious and offers a wide variety of high-quality options, with all hot dishes cooked on order. We also loved the fine-dining dinners we had in the restaurant and the wine - their Nobile de Montepulciano Riserva (2017) is a must-try. All staff is very kind, always smiling and making conversation and very accommodating. The parking is shaded and extremely safe, as it's on the farm's grounds. And the whole domain is just lovely - a vast greenery area to explore and relax in. We'd love to come back in a warmer season to relax at their swimming pool and have the famous dinner in the vineyard!

Lovely location , excellent restaurant, great pool area. Nicely restored and maintained buildings. Lots to see in the area with some great cycling

We had a room over the restaurant which was really nice , but the noise from the restaurant was significant. Starting before 7 and going on until after midnight. We would stay here again as long as it was in a room in one of the other buildings

Lovely quiet location and near to Montepulciano and other gorgeous villages. Restaurant was very expensive but food was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options as well as complementary bottle of wine in the room.

I was looking for a vineyard experience in Tuscany, and this was utterly delightful. It’s quaint and rustic. An easy drive to Montepulciano. And the drive between montalcino and Montepulciano is STUNNING. The staff was so helpful. My first night there, the restaurant was closed, but they made a reservation for me in town that turned out to be one of my best dinners in Italy. My second night, I did the family style meal. If you have the chance, don’t pass it up. The food was wonderful, as was the wine and atmosphere. A great experience!

Beautiful, quiet and romantic location

The location is great - just a short drive and one can visit so many places in Val d’Orcia , the staff were very nice , very good food and wines, good breakfast, great views all around.

Room needs more attention when it comes to cleaning.
