La posizione era ok

pulizia superficiale, arredi e servizi rimasti agli anni 80. Antenna tv non funzionante, letti scomodissimi. Vetro della finestra rotto. Odore sgradevolissimo in bagno. Quando abbiamo segnalato il tutto ci è stato proposto un cambio di appartamento ma fuori da Livigno (a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro). Ci è stato rifiutato il rimborso. Non vale il prezzo richiesto

Communication with the staff was very quick and easy, there were no issues with waiting over a day for a reply to any questions. The room was clean, and had a lot of space, bathroom had all the necessary amenities and there was a lot of kitchenware. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a small market nearby.

There was a small issue with the thermostat where it would get insufferably hot at night but that was easily solved with the staff

There was hit water ti shower every night. Heating was fine although we could nit adjust it. Great location. 10 min walk to centre slopes.

Very very dated. Only 3 wall plugs worked. Pull out bed for the children on its last legs. Made the most awful noises every time a child moved. Not worth the money we paid. Was not great to come home to after a long day on the slopes. Walls very thin could hear every time the flat next door flushed the loo.

Big parking space, right in front of a bus stop. Good shower pressure and nice balcony.

Mold everywhere, dust under the bed, very old apartment, mattress with springs pushing in the back, impossible to sleep. Check in only from 16:00 the earliest (could be also later, as we were informed). Very poor kitchen amenities.

In camera faceva molto caldo, oltre 22 gradi, non si riusciva a regolare il termostato
