Hotel Deutsches Haus

Place was clean.

The receptionist is not readily available. They had to call them from somewhere all the time. The hotel parking space is not new driver user friendly. I struggled a lot to park the car.

Dinner here was all-round great. Chairs comfortable. Tables beautifully set with real linen. Service friendly and excellent too, real European touch. I had fish - grilled kingklip, which was prepared perfectly, with a delicious side salad. My husband had the best spaghetti bolognese he had tasted in quite a while. I will definitely be back!

We were here for the first time 2 days ago. The food and service were so excellent that we returned today. The food was again excellent and the service from Jogobeth was extraordinary good. She is very friendly, fast and competent! Thanks a lot!

Friendly, space, correct food

Location is very good. breakfast is adequate they they take very long to serve you.

The waiters are not very polite or helpful. Lots of noise filters into the rooms

1. Other guests were very disturbing, running around corridoor, playing loud music, sometimes just dressed in towels. Cool drink bottels on Floor the next morning. 2. Toilet paper not replaced daily 3. Coffee and sugar not replaced daily 4. Had trouble with the toilet seat not installed properly, and had to get into an argument with staff to fix it. It took 2 days to get it repaired. 5. Breakfast service was very slow 6. Had to Book 2 double rooms for 2 adults and 1 child because hotel refused that my 7 year old, share my bed, even through she does not sleep alone on a bed. 7. No hot water in shower on 25 & 26 Dec
