Please notify Indulge Apartments in advance if you require a cot for your stay, by using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Only a limited number of cots are available, and availability cannot be guaranteed without confirmation from the property (fees apply). Please note that there is a 1.5-3.5% non-refundable charge for all credit card payments direct to the hotel. Please note that this property has no onsite reception. You will need to contact the property and complete online guest registration, by replying to the Indulge Apartments booking confirmation email and/or sms. Guests are required to upload a photo identification (can be provided in person as approved with the hotel during office hours only) and credit card must be entered into gateway via online guest registration for bonds and incidental purposes. Indulge Apartments reserves the right to process an authorisation on the credit card on file to be held as a bond to cover any incidental charges. All bookings for Friday and Saturday nights, New Year’s Eve or other peak period dates will have a $300 for Apartments ($500 local and Broken Hill guests every stay regardless of day) and $500-$1000 for Homes and Penthouse bookings bond authorisation on credit card provided by registered guest (for bookings 5 days or more the bond will be processed as a sale and will incur a non-refundable credit card surcharge, and the balance refunded as per the hotel terms of stay). If funds are not available for bond pre authorisation, self-check in access instructions for accommodation will not be provided. Bond authorisations are processed on the day of arrival; Parking at some Indulge Apartments properties is very limited, please contact the office to discuss your parking requirements if this is important to you. Please contact the Indulge Apartments during office hours only (Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Weekends 9am to 6.30pm and Public Holidays 9.30am to 5.30pm, Closed Christmas Day (at your earliest convenience) prior arrival to request your self-access check in instructions and access codes (as there is no onsite reception), in line with the hotel terms of stay. Afterhours access will not be given to guests that have not confirmed their booking with the hotel directly during office hours and provided all identification, credit card and other details that are required to confirm the guests booking; And no cancellation will be accepted in this event. No refunds will be issued. Daily servicing is provided excluding all public holidays. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Loved the location and querkiness of the place, with the great spa bath.

Couldn't get into the garage most times as there were cars parked quite close to the roller door. The cars belonged to the business out the back. Apparently the boundary for the business if they extended would make it impossible to access the garage. 2. Our family that slept in the lounge had the street lights coming through the side of the blinds which made it hard to sleep.

Great location, plenty of space for our family and excellent communication regarding access. Top end appliances and amenities. Only difficulty was locking the back door that goes into the garage.
