The Terraces Boutique Apartments

The private pool was amazing, the rooms were black out so good for sleeping, mangoes restaurant was a highlight too - the staff were all so lovely and the food was as good as we’ve ever had anywhere. Really delicious and highly recommended. The gardens were really beautifully maintained too! We loved it.

There were a couple things that needed a bit of maintenance.

Rooms were very roomy and quiet. Beds comfortable, showers hot water good. Large couches to relax. We got the two bedroom as one had a private plunge pool. Breezes were strong but nice. Room service was no extra charge and delivered quickly. Not all breakfast was free.

Transports to and from airport were not included and pricey. There was no one to help with luggage. Outside stairs needed repair work. Food was mediocre and bar staff was not engaging or overly friendly.

An absolutely beautiful property with a fantastic restaurant onsite. There was a cyclone during out stay and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were very well looked after, safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend The Terraces Boutique Apartments for accommodation, meals and service.

The apartment was on 2 levels where one would be better, particularly for older people. The pictures show an apartment with an infinity pool - but it isn't. It was also too cold. The furnishings in the apartment are dated, the lounge is uncomfortable, the dishwasher wasn't working. For the premium rates being charged these items should be much better. The complex is quite a distance from Port Vila - 25 minutes walking time - and there are no nearby shops or restaurants. One needs a vehicle to get around.

We had a plunge pool which was wonderful with great view over the area. Bit of a walk to the neighbouring Mangoes for food, which was standard but OK. Nice table and kitchenette.

Needed room layout when booking because we ended up with an upstairs which we didn't need- If we'd known there was a separate sofa in a separate lounge room, that would have been enough for us. The apartment was huge! had to ask for milk and ants were a bit of a nuisance.
