Nights Stay Hotel

I was double charged for my stay. I booked & paid online, however the manager charged my card upon arrival.

They was 3xtreemly rude and charged me 2 times for deposit and pet fee the room is absulutly Grose and dirty

It was awful I will never go there again the management was rude and the side of town was dangerous and crime ridden

Room was ok for cheep staff not so great.. Never got a big towel and when i went to check out they tryed to get me to pay for it. Other then that it was ok

Dirty and uninviting, the door had no locks and there were homeless people and drugs and roaches everywhere. I did not feel safe, and I will never come back here again!

The staff was inconsiderate I won't suggest this hotel for anyone

Most of the guest at this location say they have never paid a down deposit or even a $50 deposit for this roach, bed bugg infested darn place and on top of that Knights inn hotel ain't even close to being decent but it's all I could afford with my e-gift card.

This hotel is very bad, More dirty could not have the beds full of hair had no cleaning any stank of dirty a lot of noise in the surroundings I was stepping on and it seemed that you were going to fall into the room below

Horrible horrible horrible! Do not stay here! Rude staff no bed sheets available. Refused to give me a refund when we didn’t have a major credit card for incidentals when this was not listed at check in. Had to call Hotels.com customer service and was issued a partial refund in the form of a $25 credit to use for another stay. It’s cheap for a reason people don’t stay here!
