Buffet breakfast was diverse and nice; the room (Family suite) is huge; the hotel really has somewhat old-chique vibe, as expected. The managers allowed us to check out a bit later than we were supposed to.

Some of the room facilities are old; in general, this didn't feel like a 5-star place. Housekeeping was not daily: on the second day of my stay, nobody came to clean the trash bin; when I told this to guest-relation service, things improved. One of the managers at the reception was always grumpy. Beware: the hotel hosts a lot of graduation parties during this season, in addition to the usual conferences and corporate meetings, so the lobby can be crowded with students.

Very old hotel with awful smells in the corridors and restaurant, old furniture (except the bed), slow staff, no water in the room (only for 600 dinars - and it was all, what was in the minibar), poor breakfast. No iron available - “all were occupied”. For this kind of service it should be half priced at least
