The room was comfortable but NO TV!!! No wifi!!! Property was a mess!! Would not recommend!!

Definately needs a Ranch Makeover! Could make stay a little more enjoyable. No tv, internet was spotty. Room clean, but rustic. Mouse in room..was told they cannot control as in National park. View of Tetons awesome. Lodge was dark, dusty, and in need of attention. Walkways were uneven and tripping us up. Cafe was pricey and food not as good as you would expect....hamburgers absolutely a no go. We left for entire day to keep from being at the ranch until bedtime. Others were commenting same things I mentioned. Sorry but we would not rebook again.

We arrived and couldn't get to the part of the complete booked Suite (meaning no access to the bathroom and the Suite bedroom. Slept in the extra queen. Had to walk in the middle of the night with flashlights to a wash house trailer. Dirty, just nasty. Did that trip again during the night. And about it the next morning and all we got, was rolling eyes and shrugging shoulders. Payed $87 for breakfast. Cody, the ranch helper knew right away, why we couldn't open the door to the suite and bathroom. He used his shoulder and rattled the door knob,and there it was, our private bathroom, as we booked it. I could hear every word from the neighbors in unit 4. They finally decided to go to bed, and I still heard them snoring, using bathrooms and finally getting ready to leave. We didn't get an excuse, or any refund on this total overpriced dude ranch. If you don't ride horses, we can not recommend this dude ranch. We were very disappointed. Funny story, we met another couple about 6 days later in another resort, that stayed there, as well. They stayed in a wagon, no heat, no bathroom. Absolutely horrible 2 nights for them, as well. The rating for this property online is false and needs to be reviewed. We stayed in 6 different hotels/motels/resorts as far north as Cooke City MT, and this was the most expensive and worst one.

It was an amazing trip! The grizzly burger was the best burger I’ve ever had! Only small complaint is I wish the walls weren’t paper thin! I could hear our neighbors speaking and if it wasn’t a foreign language I definitely could have heard every word! I could hear them singing to their baby early in the morning to calm the baby down! But that was still sweet and still a great stay! Definitely would still recommend and would still stay again!

Our cabin was right across from the horse corral and my wife actually went out and talked to them. A great time. We felt we were part of it. The personnel made us feel very welcomed.

Nice lodge picture posted on Expedia does not exist! Carpet was dirty, trash left in room. Normal conversation, hair dryer and footsteps heard from other rooms. Cafe was too expensive.

Norhing like the pictures show. Be aware of this place. The pictures are misleading. Site shows a really nice lodge but you can look at the pictures and make your own judgment. Dirty shoes and dirty laundry sitting beside the room along with busted log siding and I could go on. Make sure you look at what you are paying for before paying. Very high for one night.

Cabin was in bad shape. You could see through the walls to the cabin attached to mine. The blinds were broken so you couldn’t turn them up or down, the shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower had fallen off and broken in the tub. Food at the bar was excellent and views from the ranch were beautiful. Way over priced for the stay.

No rooms have a tv. This should be stated in their written materials. All drives around property are dirt and muddy after rains. Our door had a window in it, but no window covering. The blinds over the other two windows did not fully shut. The wooden walk in front of our room had holes in it making a hazard. They advertise they have two restaurants, but really have only one. We ate in the restaurant and had 100’s of flies landing on us. No joke. Both our food orders were wrong and they acted like they could care less. It’s a horse ranch and horses draw flies. Horses are very close to rooms. They need a handy man to repair things, but it looks like they don’t care.
