"this property is outdated and horrible"

The carpet was stained. The bedspread smelled of old perfume and smoke.

it needs a thorough washing. It feels grimy.

"Good value, clean and comfortable"

The room was clean & comfortable. The staff was helpful and responsive. Room had a mini fridge and microwave.

Would have been nice to have hot water and coffee in the lobby. Walls were a bit thin. We could hear voices from the room next door.
