From the moment I arrived at The Lalit Jaipur, the hospitality and warmth from the front office team truly stood out. Priyanka and Raj went above and beyond to make the stay special — their professionalism and genuine care created a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The highlight of my experience was the beautiful surprise celebration they arranged. The room was decorated so thoughtfully, with every detail reflecting care and creativity. It added such a personal touch to the stay and made the moment unforgettable. A big thank you to Priyanka, Raj, for their outstanding service and for making the experience truly memorable. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Amazing experience and very coperate staff, we had very long stay in the Lalit jaipur and hotel is just near to the airport.the team front desk was very helpfull and cooperative, Shubham and Priyanka was very polite and helpful. We would like to come back to the Lalit only whenever come to jaipur

Had a night stay in the lalit and had a horrible and a gruesome experience......The tag of 24*7 service is an absolute lie, such a bad hospitality that they are nt even serving water even after ordering it for multiple times. The waiters had such a rude behaviour they are saying jo hum bolenge vahi karenge....literally we were being told to shift our rooms at 2:30 a.m. We ordered a single platter of starters but in the invoice they are mentioning the quantity as 2 and when we addressed this to the management they started to argue. Seriously worst service, worst hospitality and worst experience......... Not recommendable at all

My experience at the lalit hotel jaipur was great. The ambience was so pretty, rooms were quite comfortable and amazing. The staff was really kind and helpful. Chirag from the front office department made sure we have a great time there. He was really kind and was a great host throughout our stay. He along with other staff members went out of there way to host us. I will recommend this hotel to everyone in my family and friends.

Had a great stay at The Lalit Jaipur. The place is beautiful, very well maintained, and has a calm, royal vibe. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was super polite and helpful. Really enjoyed the food and overall atmosphere.

We arrived having had our room booked by a group organiser and our names were not listed... the Duty Manager Priyanka immediately made us feel welcome and at home as she and her team investigated the situation and our booking. She was always there to greet us, help us and make us feel like family. We were eventually shown to a room in the "Traveller" part of the hotel which is a less expensive side of the hotel. The room was fine, everything that we needed, functional rather than luxurious. The staff looked after us so well and we soon felt as if we were a part of the family. We did stay 6 nights. We even met the Hotel Manager Soumyajit Ghosh (and his lovely wife) who was also so friendly and hospitable. It then became clear that the staff were encouraged in a relaxed, friendly way that seemed real and not just a superficial veneer. In India there is a saying, "the Guest is God," and here we definitely felt welcome and looked after. The dining room staff were very friendly and helpful too with a special word for Earam who had a super sense of humour and such a delicate balance of genuine friendliness and professionalism. But really everyone did a wonderful job of making sure we were well. Every evening there is some traditional dancing in the unusual square in the middle of the hotel surrounded by water and fountains. The dancers invite guests to join in and dance with them, it was fun watching people enjoy themselves. They serve a tea with some specialty biscuits but we didn't try it. My tip is be genuinely warm, authentic and respectful and this team will not disappoint you.

The stayed here for 1 night and the stay was excellent,, the servers and everyone in the property were very professional and very polite We travel a lot and our stay here was really memorable We would love to come back
