Rates were fairly cheap.

Staff refused to help or so anything when we called about the air conditioner not working properly. It was very hot in the room.

Location and cleanliness

First room wasn't smoking as requested, TV didn't work, second room the TV worked but the remote would only work intermittent. The night clerk was rude.

"I was easily able to do everything that I wanted to do."

To start with the cost of the room. The motel was very close to the area I wanted to visit. I saw relatives and friends in the area of O'Fallon and St. Charles. I was able to visit other areas that interested in.

The location first off. The cost was great. The highways were close and easy to get to.
