1. Front desk gave a key to our room to another guest. The men attempted to walk in thinking it was their room. Front desk wasn't too concerned when I went down. Just "oh, someone made a mistake". 2. The beds were made funny. The top sheet was on sideways which shorted the length to cover up. 3. Loud guests in the breakfast area. The hotel could have said something. I think they were staying for business because we saw a few people in the same shirt/logo. 4. We had a 2 night stay. The keys didn't work when we returned, causing us to have to go back down. Instead of looking up last day, the person asked when we were leaving. No security. 5. My husband called and main number for the hotel chain to voice a complaint. The person took down the info. Next, she transfered us to a pitch for a promotion. Not what we wanted to hear when I was shaken up. 6. One week later and the main office STILL hasn't followed up. Maybe this happens too often for them to be concerned? Maybe they just don't care that it happened?

This hotel was a life saver. We were stranded in Marion after our car broke down on the interstate. The staff was lovely and offered us coffee, lemon water, and cookies. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Everything was clean and well cared for. They gave us a late checkout and offered their space for our use while we figured out other ways to get home. Great place and worth the money!

Very impressed with the staff! They were all Top Notch .Room was fantastic nice clean, they had a fitness room that I enjoyed! The plus a pool and hot tub!! They made us feel comfortable and A True Bona fid service dog was with us, not a regular pet! A service dog that helps my significant other with all the issues that occur at all times!!
