"Not accommodating to families staying there for Army graduation."

Staff was friendly and responded to our needs. Fire pit was nice, just needs more than 4 chairs.

Very low water pressure in shower. Water never did get hot. Uncomfortable bed. No lobby seating area to meet up with family. Hallways were freezing!

"Eventful!"

Breakfast was great and breakfast staff were excellent.

Broken water line. No water on our arrival. And water troubles our entire stay.Staff didn't seem to be to concerned. And plumbers seem to be having a hard time fixing the problem. When we checked out they were still having problems.

"Would not stay here again"

Location was good

Facilities were just ok. Not worth the money spent. Room was sparsely provided for. Trim work was realt a bad job and looked like a third rate hotel. Half the ceiling tiles in hallway were out of place. No consideration for food allergy for breakfast, again, very minimal. Definitely not what I expect at a Hampton inn
