フロのタオルが自由に使えない。レストランや部屋の冷房が弱いし、調整できない。経費節減はわかるがこういう点で再度宿泊をためらうことになる。

View is great The hot spring is special. Very cool.

Too expensive.

Very peaceful and has beautiful scenery. Love the birds around the sea.

The buffet with the seafood platter is a stand out. The room with the bay window overlooking Lake Saroma is another reason for my repeat visit

Everything about the hotel was extremely good and overall the service was good, except the last day at breakfast the staff were not as helpful. Our room was spacious with great views and it was a good hotel as a base for touring, my only issue was the breakfast finished at 8:30 - that is too early when on holiday!!

The dinner and breakfast buffets were outstanding! Dinner was especially impressive with a seafood platter comprising oysters, scallop and big shrimps as well as a wide variety of different dishes. Staff were also very friendly.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, only heaters and we were asked not to open the windows to avoid lady bugs getting in. The staff offered us a fan which helped and made our stay comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Onsen was nice. Staff were helpful. Ocean view was refreshing. Free coffee at lobby and table tennis game room available. Mountain and ordinary bikes for rental.

There is only one lift.

We stayed two night. Lovely bath on the second floor. Easily the nicest open air bath I got to use on this trip. Dated interiors, but room was clean. Lovely, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was polite.

While I did say the staff was polite, there was a broken drawer in our room that would not shut, and it stayed open and partially blocked the entrance to the foyer for the two nights we were there. I tripped over it once going to the washroom at night. Staff saw it was broken when introducing us to the room, and I asked the front desk twice about it and was told “we cannot fix this immediately. No one came to even look at it for us or offered to do anything about it; provide something to keep it shut temporarily or change our room, etc. Was slightly puzzled that an upmarket place like that would be okay with something so obviously broken in a room, or be okay with a trip hazard in a room. What if I were eighty years old, with brittle bones, like the rest of their clientele?
