It was ok for a one night stay

Front desk guy didn’t inform my family and I of WiFi password on the key holder or about the complimentary breakfast. Our first room had a broken AC, broken fridge, broken lamp. Had to move to different room. Also when cleaning people came in the mornings they cleaned my dads room and left the doors wide open and they were on the other side of the hotel, my dads stuff was left my the door all open. Had to shut the door myself to keep my dads stuff safe. Also bath tub drain takes the hours to fully drain.

I was charged 4 times by hotel aside from being charged by orbitz

The stay was very good. The facility was clean. The bed was very comfortable

It was great. Service, cleanliness, and the hotel is very safe

When I checked into this room the AC had not been turned on all day and took over 4 hours to cool room to a comfortable temperature. I found a cricket in my room that I had to get rid of myself, and pillows were worn and dingy. Apart from all of that, I was double charged by the hotel for the price of a room on my credit card separately from the expedia expense! And I still have not received the rrfund from the charge several weeks later

Stay was less than up to par, the room was ok but the plumbing in the showers needed attention, and the other room was infested with roaches.

Booked in the wrong city and called a couple hours later to cancel but could not. Just be more careful than I. Very few hotels are lenient and understand.

The room was a good size and clean.
