Super 8 by Wyndham Cotulla TX

The new General Manager Brandon is excellent! He made sure our stay was comfortable and the room was very clean. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. Great customer service. They did everything they could to make sure we were happy.

Our stay was done with a non functioning ac. Compressor didn't come on until after the mgr paid me a visit on my same complaint. The room was uncomfortably warm. He was very apologetic and offered to place us in another hotel in the area. We did not want that because it was getting late when we arrived back at the hotel for the evening. Our room was comped and we were satisfied.

Booked the room on the 10th of September and did not check in until 200 the next morning. Sent me to room no. 1 (room 110), both beds were not made and defecate was all over the toilet seat. Go back to the front desk and the guy was like "are you sure it was that bad?" I'm like well yes why would I lie about that. Sent to room 2 (111) this time I got lucky and there was a workboot box with trash and only one bed was dirty. I was like whatever and went to the bathroom where there was no toilet paper so I walked to the office to get some and I told him about the room and i just wanted some tp. He brought out a red notebook and apologized and told me they did have notes on the rooms and they weren't supposed to be stayed in and he gave me another room (114) this room was much nicer and i slept real good for a couple hours. I went to turn in my key and receipt so i can turn it in for reimbursement and they tell me the computer was down so they cant give me a receipt. They said they would email me one ASAP. Here it is two days now and no receipt. I was willing forget all this mess but now I'm a bit aggravated. Super 8 in cotulla stinks. Don't go there unless you want way below average service and a bad room. They are taking advantage of the fact that cotulla is very busy now and some people will go anywhere because of desperation.

The circumstances of needing a hotel room- a family funeral - were less than ideal, but the clean, classy and comfortable accommodations made it more bearable. The incredibly helpful staff was nice, especially with a late check-in. Finally, the free breakfast was incredible. A full breakfast with eggs, bacon and sausage and other offerings helped feed four hungry little boys without having to spend a lot of money.

Excellent friendly service. Happy hour was great,room was nice and cozy. Sink and toilet could use a bit more cleaning but overall a great place to stay. Definitely recommended.

Comfortable beds, clean and quite new. free breakfast includes eggs, biscuits, sausage, bacon. Only downside is that all rooms open to outside corridors.

When checking out, desk clerk could not give receipts for our rooms. She promised manager would email them, later that day. Receipts were never sent. If your self employed and need tickets for taxes, don't stay here

The hotel is fairly new so it was nice. The staff was very friendly. They do need to change out the comforters they just slide off in the night.
