Staff were super friendly and helpful The room was lovely and spacious and immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is staying in Nelson.

The place was gorgeous, the lady who was at reception was lovely. And another lovely lady let me in to my room when id lost the key at early hours of the morning. Absolutely grateful

We are 2 ( mature) women in our late 70s who meet up about once a year for a catchup. One of us has a husband with dementia, so this break is essential. Delorenzo was just the best place to get the break, so desperately needed. The staff were fantastic, they gave us a lovely room with twin beds instead of a queen and a sleeper couch. Having the same was an absolute bonas. I think there were more staff who helped but Jemma is the only name i know. A HUGE!! thank you.

There was nothing to dislike.
