Loved the lofts, located is amazing

Nothing. When I arrived at the facility, I was informed that a transformer exploded resulting in a loss of power. This resulted in my being unable to check in. The staff didn't know when power would return and didn't know when I could check in I drove six hours one way for this?!. This resulted me in having to unexpectedly stay my entire time with a friend in San Antonio. I would have to reconsider staying there again. To top it off, I have been refused a refund.

Great rate and good location.

A/C did not keep the room cool over both beds. No stand for suitcases, but no room for it.

Location was good for our purpose and having the kitchen was nice.

Room was clean but a little musty smelling. Many details needed touchup painting and facilities showing its age. Booking rating too high (we’ve used Booking for over 15 years and not been disappointed until now - including 5 properties in the past 3 weeks); our rating would put this generously as a 7 - certainly NOT 8.8.

Front desk was awesome. Room was a little small but hay its motel. TV was a little bit of a headache to figure out but wasn't bad, shower had good water pressure n hot. I Even booked another night the next morning and thay let me stay n the same room so didn't have to switch all my things over to a different room. Definitely would come back
