"Falta de aseo e implementos"

El personal fue amable, las instalaciones a primera vista se ven bien

Tenía una reserva para la suite, las cuales tenían un fuerte olor a cigarrillo, me cambiaron para una habitación sencilla ( por el mismo precio de la suite), a primera vista parecía decente, la recibimos a eso de las 7pm solamente dejamos las cosas allí, cuando llegamos tarde en la noche, me percate que el sanitario no estaba lavado 🤢, además en la ducha había un jabón usado, las toallas rotas, una sola sábana muy delgada para los dos. Al otro día revisé que no se me quedara nada, me asomé debajo de la cama y el polvero impresionante, hasta una botella de agua vacía de quién sabe cuándo allí.

su excelente ubicacion en el sector de san antonio y la av colombia

no habia jabon ni champú en el baño y no hubo desayuno el segundo dia y el primer dia el desayuno dejo mucho que desear, dieron una gelatina fea a cambio de fruta, la cortina de la habitación estaba en mal estado y no cerraba bien. lastima es un buen hotel muy bien ubicado.

La ubicación

La toalla bastante regular, las almohadas cero cómodas, pague por una habitación con balcon y me dieron una normal, deberían esforzarse más por brindar comodidad y calidad en el servicio, me he quedado en hoteles más económicos pero excelentes
