El desayuno está bien. Atención oportuna, gran amabilidad. Aunque la sensación es que es insuficiente el personal, se nota que están muy atentos a solucionar cualquier queja o solicitud. El baño es lo mas destacado: amplio, bien mantenido, muy cómodo.

La reseña lo presenta como un 4 estrellas y no lo es. No hay cajilla de seguridad (no en la habitación que me asignaron) y aunque prometieron enviar una portátil, nunca llego. No se suministran toallas independientes para manos y pies. No está diferenciado cuál es jabón y cuál shampoo, La dotación de cobijas estaba incompleta y hubo que insistir para solucionar el tema.

"Nice place to stay for a few days in Cali."

Location is good. Breakfast was acceptable. Building and spaces are clean and nice. Staff is fine but need a lot of training.

The staff is trying hard to be nice but I believe they need more training.
