A começar que minha reserva no Booking foi de R$ 399,00. No balcão no momento de realizar o pagamento ficou em R$ 437,00 sendo justificado como cobrança de taxas, porém não me foi emitido a NF. Checking levou mais de 30 min por questões adm do hotel. Elevadores com tempo de espera acima de 5 min. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Equipe colaboradores com exceção do José do restaurante do piso G4, o restante todos com fisionomia fechada, atendimento frio.

Gostei muito da localização, do conforto da acomodação e tratamento dos funcionários. Precisei trocar de quarto devido a problema no ar condicionado, o recepcionista foi muito solícito e resolveu com muita agilidade e cuidado.

Sempre que vou a Salvador me hospedo do Intercity pelo conforto, localização e tudo que o hotel oferece. A academia foi reformada e está ótima. Foi inaugurado um café muito charmoso no térreo do hotel que dá auxílio para alimentação e descontração.

Os elevadores estão cada vez piores.
