Fiz a reserva aqui no booking pra 2 adultos e uma criança, cheguei la a criança de 5 anos foi dormir no sofa cama! Depois de insistir muito com a recepcao!! Para pegar as roupas de cama! Recepcao dizia que a criança teria q dormir no meios dos pais!

Elevadores lentos, velhos, devagar; quebram com facilidade. Ar condicionado da academia sem funcionar; muito quente. Instalações poderiam ser melhor. Peguei um quarto cujo ar condicionado não funcionava.

No geral o hotel é bom, mas é caro. O quarto em que fiquei é bem espaçoso, maior que o normal. Localização próxima a um shopping e ao metrô, mas longe dos pontos turísticos.

Pelo preço pago e porte do hotel o café da manha poderia ser um pouco melhor, tanto na variedade quanto no sabor.
