Asperion Hotel

Room was comfortable enough and very spacious. Staff was very friendly. Not far from the city centre.

No air conditioning. Usually, this should be fine, but not in the summer. There was only a fan in the room, but it was really noisy. No 24h reception. Expensive breakfast for what you get.

Excellent water pressure in the shower. Bathroom is clean and very well maintained. The room is clean overall.

The bed was too soft for my liking. I had requested a late check-in, but I wasn't given the access code until I called the hotel several times in the late afternoon. The staff insisted that the code had been sent via Booking.com and email, but I never received it, even after checking my junk and spam folders. It was only after I called repeatedly to explain that I hadn't received the information that they finally provided the code via email. Had I not called, I would have been left standing outside without access. I had breakfast the following morning. The receptionist on duty was friendly and helpful, and the coffee was good.

Sehr neu, sehr modern, sehr freundlich ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Frühstück wird individuell und frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker.

Convenient location for town. A good shower in the room, lots of hot water.

Small room, fronting on to a busy road, and boiling hot in summer weather as faces south.
