Bar opening times and lack of umbrellas. I also got bitten quite badly by sand flies; maybe some sort of pest control should be looked at

The location. The highlight was the peaceful environment and sea view, which made it a good place to unwind.

The restaurant could be significantly improved, as the options were limited and the food quality was not up to expectations. The building also appears quite dated and would benefit from refurbishment. Additionally, there were no clear instructions provided for room service ordering.

The resort is conveniently located for the holiday escape. Specious rooms, however, the bed could be expected to be more comfortable. The beach is within hotel premises. Friendly staff ready to assist if needed. If guest is working and regular work hours are 0800 to 1700 hrs., returning back to hotel, guests are not able to use SPA services due to the fact that the SPA located within the hotel premises is open only from about 0930 hrs. until 1700 hrs. as such is creating impossible mission to use it. The SPA would be expected to be open at least until 2000 hrs. (0800 pm). The service need to be slightly improved.

The internet would be expected to be better than in reality is provided. Variety of the TV channel including World New and possible any movie channel.
