La Pasion Hotel Boutique by Bunik

Wonderful hotel and staff. Great restaurant attached. We enjoyed the pools and rooftop very much. The best part is that it’s centrally located. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the beach, 5th Ave and the ADO bus station.

Very small parking space. They have no telephone service and the elevator does not work.

No kids and not safe

Great value. Not extravagant but youre not paying for that. Walking distance to everything important in Playa del carmen.

Loved the room and the hotel environment. Bathroom was pretty dirty and hotel did not supply washcloths. Pool was missing some tiles and loungers were pretty grimy.

It was Great for the price … I didn’t like the shower water pressure … but o will stay here again

Great location, very close to Walmart and fifth avenue. But the room is small and noisy, can’t sleep without earbuds. Plus all the towels and sheets have stains and the room is super dark.
