The hot tub and front elevator not working

Love the location and the people were so respectful and attentive

Pool are fabulous, staff is lovely and kept me feeling welcome and safe. Parking was a breeze.

Love the property it just need some work done and new mattress everything else is good

This property grows on you. The elevator wasn’t working, the hot tub was not useable and the lounge chairs need reupholstering as they were dirty and ragged.

Staff were great.

BEWARE OF STEALING AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE! For the first time in my life staff stole money from me. I kept some money in the safe (key one, not electronic) and in couple of days I realized that I am missing portion of it. After carefully reconsidering my expenditures and reading some of previous reviews which stated the loss of their money in similar situation, the obvious conclusion was made that it got stolen. When addressing this to the staff we were told to go to police straigth away without any sign of empathy and even an attempt to help us figuring this out. Police said that there is nothing much can be done due to no evidence (hotel conveniently has no cameras) and confirmed that this is not the first time someone reports similar issue. The next day we made a decision to leave a hotel since we felt insecure. At first the manager of this place which is called hotel for whatever reason offered us the refund for the rest of nights but when he was rightfully confronted by my wife (just a reminder - they stole money from us and said it is impossible since no one has the key other than a client which sounds like a ridiculous lie) they decided to cancel the prearranged deal and kept the rest of payment to themselves. Stay away from this place. Do not support them with your money under any circumstances. P.S. I honestly hope Expedia will reconsider their partnership with this establishment since these kind of unpleasant stories also throws shade on the service itself.

Second time staying here, very pleased

The location is walking distance from the beach and restaurants/shops. Staff are friendly and professional.
