posizione centralissima; molto bella la zona saune. Colazione super; molto meno scelta per persone celiache nulla di fresco e tutto confezionato

ho avuto un problema famigliare e non ho riscontrato nessuna comprensione e possibilità di aiuto a risolvere la situazione da parte dello staff sebbene sapevo che le condizioni di prenotazione da parte di booking non erano a mio favore. Forse in certe situazioni dovrebbe prevalere il buon senso e dimostrare voglia di risolvere situazioni improvvise verso i clienti
