Artrip Hotel

Hotel in ottima posizione, molto vicino alla metro. Struttura piccola, ma accogliente. Colazione con buoni prodotti, ma senza tanta scelta.

La doccia e il wc sono in due spazi diversi. Il lavandino è nella camera. Quindi non c'è un vero e autonomo locale bagno.

Das Hotel liegt in Lavapiés, einem quirligen Szeneviertel und es ist dort eines der wenigen Hotels. Zum Bahnhof Atocha sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuss und die Metro-Station Lavapiés liegt 150 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Der Empfang war unglaublich herzlich und freundlich. Der Angestellte geleitete uns in den Frühstücksbereich: "Kommt, setzt euch. Nehmt euch gerne einen Kaffee oder einen Prosecco. Das Gepäck könnt ihr vorne lassen. Ich checke euch ein, und bin gleich wieder da. Herzlich willkommen!"... aber gerne doch! :-). Dann bekamen wir anhand eines Stadtplanes noch eine kurze Einführung über die Lage des Hotels und einen Restauranttipp, der sich auch sowas von gelohnt hat. Danach bezogen wir ein schönes sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Straße. Madrid ist laut. Punkt! Das mag man, oder auch nicht. Das Hotel selbst war kaum hellhörig und wir verbrachten dort drei für madrilenische Verhältnisse ruhige Nächte. Das Frühstück war kontinetal/übersichtlich, aber es gab alles was es braucht und es war ansprechend präsentiert. Warme Speisen gab es nicht, dafür Tortilla und frisch aufgeschnittenen Schinken. Am letzten Tag konnten wir wegen unseres späten Fluges noch problemlos unser Gepäck im Hotel deponieren, und hatten dadurch noch einen weiteren entspannten schönen Tag in La Capital mit vielen Eindrücken.

Unser Zimmer folgte in Teilen einem offenen Raumkonzept. Muss man mögen. Uns gefiel es eher nicht und es war auch anhand der Bilder nicht deutlich als solches zu erkennen. Das würdigt die eigentliche Qualität des Hauses auf keinen Fall herab. War halt nicht unsere Welt...

Close to all interesting locations

Noise from the street, especially the road cleaning vehicles. Although balcony door had double glazing a lot of noise was coming in.

Room looks good and location is very convenient, near the train station. Also had mini breakfast 14 euros and coffee machine. Reception staff was polite and attentive. I requested a crib through reservation on booking com and when I arrived to the room - crib was already there, without need to remember them. It was also clean and I had no problems with nothing. Recommend. Comparing to my other nightmare experience with airport ibis hotel - this is absolutely different service. I m impressed and good to know that Madrid can actually offer you good service.

This is a 2-star hotel. Even though service is good, but the price is a bit high
