Very good room and staff very helpful with great service from front desk and in the bar for lunch. It was great to have a hairdresser in the hotel after long travels

Lack of helpful service by young waiters at breakfast Breakfast service was ruined due to staff not being helpful with serving drinks at the table. The expectation of at least some assistance to get drinks from the buffet were bluntly dismissed by young waiters. Eventually the restaurant manager and General Manager were alerted to our dissatisfaction. The Manager of the restaurant was extremely helpful and very pleasant.
