Excellent hotel in perfect location right in the heart of Pristina. Wonderful spa, great breakfast, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff.

Our lights got jammed one day but this was quickly resolved. The overall price might have been a bit too high, but I appreciate this is the top luxury and business hotel in Pristina. The hotel shop only sells men's clothes.

Konumu çok merkezi, ama biz 3 genç olarak civarda pek yapacak bir şey bulamadık, ama en merkezi yerdeki otel burası. Otelin kahvaltısı çok güzel, odalar eski ama yıpranmış eski değil, kaliteli eski. bir modernizasyon sürecinden de geçmişler, odada tuşlarla herşeyi kontrol edebiliyorsunuz. banyo çok güzel, eksiksiz bir kozmetik, temel ihtiyaçlar hepsi düşünülmüş. minibar çok zengin.

odaya çıktıktan sonra valizimiz 2 dakikaya gelecek diye bilgi verildi ama 10 dakika sonra tekrar telefon ederek göndertebildik.

"Fabulous grand style hotel, in excellent location with exceptional spa"

The room is classic but very clean and with good quality furniture. The breakfast is reasonable but the standout feature is the spa which is exceptional and very relaxing. The location is also as good as it get in Pristina. Airport pickup was excellent.

I arranged a lift back to the airport at check-in but this wasn't arranged.
