El personal es amable, las habitaciones son bonitas. Las regaderas son muy complicadas sobre todo si hay limitaciones para movimiento podrían ser incluso peligrosas. El estacionamiento no está incluido lo cobran aparte

Love the room! But room itself needs more light. Hard to get ready in the morning with it being darker.

On the plus side, great location, welcoming employees and a very tasteful effort in design. BUT the primary function of an hotel is to have a good night sleep and a decent bathroom, and this is where it goes bad: beds are small (full, where a queen would easily fit) and the bathroom is possible the worst design I have seen: to take a shower, get into the bathtub after going up two steps and accessing the tub from the back end, where there is a slope. The lighting is also way too low, and tt turn on the light, you must close the door (very unpractical)

This hotel is a great combination of price, style, location and service. It's located right in the heart of the historic downtown, walking distance to attractions, shopping & dining. The hotel is set in a beautiful 19th-century home that has been stylishly redone, with modern and trendy design elements and modern original art. Love the high ceilings, big rainforest shower, rooftop deck and lovely back courtyard that's perfect for relaxing or having breakfast. The staff is super friendly, bilingual and amazingly helpful — they were quick to help me out when I left something important in my room after checkout. I'd definitely recommend this cool hotel to anyone who wants to fully enjoy Queretaro!

Beautiful little hotel, friendly staff

Clean rooms and great front desk welcome. Property is convenient to area sights and lovely. Minuses: they asvertise free breakfsst but it's only coffee and they do not clarify this in thrir promotions. They forgot a 3 am wake up call which is inexcusable. Give them a try but be sure you know what perks if any are included.

Very clean room, convenient location and a warm welcome from the staff that was very helpful with restaurants. Two cautions: on Priceline it says breakfast included but it's only coffee- that is misleading-- and the sleepy staff forgot a 3 am wake-up call for the airport. No excuse there. Other than that, give them a chance and you will likely be delighted but reconfirm the breakfast.

Smallish dog-friendly place with a great patio. Stylish, elegant, very comfortable bed. Excellent location. I was very happy with the place. My room was really nice but on the dark side and there is no food other than brealfast, but there are lots of places to eat nearby
