"It was good. It was nice, but the temperature at night was not good"

Esperienza molto negativa. Il personale, in particolare quello del ristorante, si è dimostrato maleducato e per nulla accogliente. Alle nostre richieste hanno risposto in modo sgarbato e ci è stato addirittura spostato il tavolo senza alcuna spiegazione, con atteggiamenti poco educati e quasi maneschi. Inoltre la struttura è completamente priva di indicazioni: non ci sono cartelli né per il ristorante né per le camere. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto girare a lungo senza sapere dove andare, creando ulteriore disagio. Un comportamento e una gestione inaccettabili che hanno rovinato il soggiorno.
